Our Story
Velvet Chain was formed in Los Angeles in 1993 by Jeff Stacy and Erika Amato. They gained worldwide attention for their association with Buffy the Vampire Slayer, with whom the band is still closely associated. Their music has been used in many other TV shows and films, including Sex and the City, MTV's Road Rules, Con Air, Le Divorce, etc. Their music is a mix of trip hop, rock, and pop, with a jazz/funk flavor.
