This album contains 7 tracks recorded LIVE at Temple Bar in Santa Monica, CA on Aug. 4, 2000. It also features 3 "lounge versions" recorded "live in studio" the night before at Sound Asylum Recording Studio, plus one studio track which was also recorded at Sound Asylum about at month later.
